Columbia Med (based) Wiki: Ourmed.org
Prof. Stan Kachnowski, in the Columbia University Medical School, HIT (Health Info. Tech) -lab, was the founder of OurMed.org.OurMed is a non-profit, non-biased, fully integrated healthcare Wiki site. On the board is Florence Devouard on Wikipedia, past president of the Wikimedia foundation, which started Wikipedia.
At a meeting of Wikipedians, Dr. Press met Greg Miller, the OurMed Executive Director, and volunteered to help with the site. In a few months, the OurMed community voted to make Dr. Press the Chairman of the Content Committee for OurMed. By the following year, OurMed's Board of Director's approached Dr. Press to accept the position of executive technical director.

World Honors Dr. Press
On April 6, in Rio de Janeiro, the World Federation of Chiropractic and the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS) held a joint World Congress of Chiropractic at the Intercontinental Rio Hotel. 24 years ago, Dr. Stephen Press founded the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (known as the FICS, from its name in French), at a meeting in London, at the beautiful Kensington Town Hall.[See- Dr. Press Honored at World Congress]
