Dr. Press has agreed to testify in malpractice litigation, and the cases in which he testified were all very sucessful for the side which retained him.

The Doctor does reserve the right to take the meritorius side of a case.

All fees charged are for the purpose of compensating him for time away from his practice, and are not to be construed as payment for testimony.
